We started operating in 2003 and have grown into a busy installations company with 67 trained installers across the two regions. Our team takes enquiries, organises bookings and coordinates visits, so you have one number to call whether the job is at home or at a business.

Yes. Send your suburb, the service you need and, if helpful, a photo of your decoder or the message on the screen. We can discuss the likely work; some quotes need an on-site assessment before they can be confirmed.

Do you help with existing DStv systems?

Yes. Technical visits can cover the signal path, accessible cabling, connections and decoder settings. We distinguish a property-side fault from a subscription, authorisation or account issue that needs DStv.

Is same-day service available?

Ask us when you enquire. Availability depends on your area, the day’s bookings and the work involved. We will agree on an appointment rather than promise a time before checking.

Do I need a new dish every time?

Not necessarily. We assess whether the existing dish, mounting and cabling are suitable for the setup you want. Reuse depends on their condition and compatibility, not just whether they are already there.
